เรื่องการบอกตำแหน่ง
ส่วนนี้จะเป็นการนำเสนอที่ตั้งของสถานที่ต่างๆที่น่ารู้ เพราะการอยู่ในเมือง ก็ต้องเจอสถานที่เหล่านี้ ยิ่งฝรั่งมังค่ามาถามจะได้บอกเขาถูก ไม่ใช่ (หนูไม่รู้ลูกเดียว) I don’t know. แล้วหนูจะรู้เมื่อไร ถึงเวลาที่ต้องเรียนรู้แล้วหนูๆ ถามว่ามันสำคัญมากไหม มันก็ไม่สำคัญมากเท่ากับข้าวปลาอาหารเครื่องนุ่งห่มและยารักษาโรคหรอก แต่ถ้ารู้ไว้ มันจะเป็นการดีกว่าไหมล่ะ เรียกว่าใครอ่านจบทำจบตามคำแนะนำ จากนี้ไป ก็ไม่ต้องกลัวว่า ฝรั่งหรือคนต่างชาติจะหลง เราจะสามารถจัดการได้
สำนวนเกี่ยวกับที่ตั้งของสถานที่ต่างๆ
at the end of the road, แอ็ท ดิ เอ็น อ๊อฝ เดอะ โร๊ด ใช้บรรยายว่า สุดถนน
สำนวนที่สอง between the…and the…, บี-ทะวีน เดอะ ชื่อสถานที่หรือถนน แอน เดอะ + ชื่อสถานที่หรือถนน แปลว่า อยู่ระหว่าง …..และ……
on the right-hand side ออน เดอะ ไร๊ท์ ซายด์ อยู่ทางด้านขวา
on the left-hand side ออน เดอะ เล๊ฝ ซายด์ อยู่ทางด้านซ้าย เช่น The bank is on the left-hand side.= ธนาคารอยู่ทางด้านซ้ายแต่อาจจะไม่ต้องบอกว่าอยู่ด้านซ้ายของอะไรเพียงแค่ต้องการบอกว่าอยู่ทางด้านซ้ายมือ

The bank is on the left of the school.
= ธนาคารอยู่ทางซ้ายของโรงเรียน
opposite อ๊าฝเผอะซิท ตรงข้ามกับ หรือ across from เออะ คร๊อส ฟรอม เช่น
The post office is opposite / across from the convenience store.
= ไปรษณีย์อยู่ตรงข้ามกับร้านสะดวกซื้อ
behind เบอะฮาย อยู่ข้างหลังของ หรือ at the back of แอ็ท เดอะ แบ๊ค เขิฝ อยู่ด้านหลังของ เช่น
The bank is behind the hospital.
= ธนาคารอยู่หลังโรงพยาบาล
The bank is at the back of the hospital.
in front of อิน ฟร๊อน เถิฝ อยู่ข้างหน้าเช่น
The bank is in front of the mall.
= ธนาคารอยู่ข้างหน้าห้าง
next to เน๊กส์ เถอะ อยู่ถัดจากหรืออยู่ติดกับ เช่น
