บทสนทนา

นี่คือบทสนทนาสำหรับผู้เริ่มต้นถึงปานกลาง ไปเจอมา ก็เลยคิดว่าน่าสนใจ เอาไว้ฝึกฟังหรือพูดก็ได้ ในส่วนแรกจะเป็นการพูดแบบปกติ และในส่วนที่สองจะเป็นการพูดแบบช้าเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้ฝึกพูดตาม ลองดู ถ้าดี ก็จะทำต่อ
Woman: Jim, I heard you took a trip to San Diego. Is that right? จิม ฉันได้ยินมาว่าคุณไปเที่ยวแซนดิเอโกมา ใช่ไหม
Man: Yeah. I just got back this morning. ใช่ครับ เพิ่งมาถึงเช้านี้เอง
Woman: That sounds really nice. What did you do there? ดูน่าสนุกจังเลยนะ ไปทำอะไรมาบ้าง
Man: Well, we were only there for three days, so we didn’t do so much. We went shopping and went out dinner a few times. At night we walked around the city with some friends.
เอ้อ เราไปที่นั่นมาแค่ 3 วัน ก็เลยทำอะไรไม่ได้มาก เราไปซื้อของและไปทานอาหารเย็นสองสามครั้ง ตกกลางคืน เราก็ไปเดินเล่นรอบๆเมืองกับเพื่อนสองสามคน
Woman: Did you take any pictures?
ไปถ่ายรูปมาหรือเปล่า
Man: Yes. I have them with me. Do you want to look at them?
ถ่ายมาครับ เอาติดมาด้วย อยากดูไหมล่ะ
Woman: Sure. I love looking at photos.
แน่นอน ฉันชอบดูรูปถ่าย
Man: This one is of my wife and me on the beach and this one is my daughter Emily standing next to my wife.
รูปนี้เป็นรูปภรรยาและผมบนชายหาดและภาพนี้เป็นภาพลูกสาว เอมิลี่ยืนอยู่ถัดจากภรรยาผม
Woman: Your daughter looks like her mother.
ลูกสาวเหมือนแม่นะ
Man: I know they look very similar.
ใช้ครับ เขาทั้งสองเหมือนกันมาก
Woman: Where was this picture taken?
ภาพนี้ถ่ายที่ไหนล่ะ
Man: That was taken at the train station before we left.
ภาพนี้ถ่ายที่สถานีรถไฟก่อนที่เราออกเดินทาง
Woman: Did you have time to go to the zoo?
คุณมีเวลาไปเที่ยวสวนสัตว์หรือเปล่า
Man: No. Not this time. We went there last time. ครั้งนี้ไม่ได้ไป เราไปมาครั้งที่แล้ว
Woman: It looks like you all had a nice time.
ดูเหมือนว่าพวกคุณมีความสุขมากเลย
Man: Yeah! It was a lot of fun. มันสนุกมากเลย

My mother-in-law is coming tomorrow.

Woman: Hello. สวัสดี
Man: Are you still up? ยังไม่นอนใช่ไหม (คุยได้ไหม)
Woman: Yes. ใช่
Man: You sound tired. Is everything okay?
ดูเหนื่อยนะ ทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยไหม
Woman: Yeah! Everything’s fine. I am just getting ready to go to bed. It’s been a really long day. ก็เรียบร้อยดี ฉันกำลังเตรียมตัวเข้านอน วันนี้มันช่างยาวนานจริงๆ
Man: Do you have time to get some coffee with me later? I have something to talk to you about. มีเวลาไปดื่มกาแฟกันวันหลังไหม ผมมีอะไรจะคุยด้วยหน่อย
Woman: No, sorry. Not today. I have to get up early tomorrow. ไม่ได้ วันนี้ขอโทษด้วย พรุ่งนี้ฉันต้องตื่นแต่เช้า
Man: Oh! What are you going to do tomorrow?
พรุ่งนี้จะไปทำอะไรเหรอ
Woman: My mother-in-law is coming over so I have to get up early and clean my house. แม่ยายจะมาหาพรุ่งนี้ ฉันก็เลยต้องตื่นเช้าและทำความสะอาดบ้าน
Man: I see. เข้าใจแล้ว
Woman: Are you free tomorrow? พรุ่งนี้คุณว่างไหมล่ะ
Man: Yes, in the afternoon, I have to finish something I am working on, but I’ll be free after 3.30. ว่าง ตอนบ่าย ผมต้องทำงานที่ทำอยู่ให้เสร็จ แต่ก็จะว่างหลัง บ่าย 3.30
Woman: Do you want to get together after you finish work? อยากออกมาเจอกันหลังเสร็จงานไหมล่ะ
Man: Do you think you’ll have time? คุณคิดว่าจะมีเวลาหรือ
Woman: Yes. My mother-in-law will be leaving here around 2 PM. มี แม่สามีจะออกไปตอนบ่าย 2
