Instant happiness comes when we let go of trying to please everyone.
Every time we try to please someone without our genuine willingness.
It means we are not true to ourselves.
Then we suffer because it’s a pretense.
Stop it. 
We will feel truly happy in case we please everyone just to get rid of our ego.

ความสุขเกิดขึ้นทันทีที่เราปล่อยวางความพยายามที่จะทำให้ทุกคนพอใจ
ทุกครั้งที่เราพยายามทำให้ทุกคนพอใจโดยไม่ได้รู้สึกแบบนั้นจริงๆ
นั่นหมายถึงเราไม่ซื่อสัตย์ต่อตัวเอง
เราก็จะทุกข์เพราะมันคือการเสแสร้ง

ความหมาย : โดนเข้าบ้างก็รู้แล้วซินะว่ารสชาติมันเป็นยังไง

=เรามาพูดเรื่องนั้นแบบซึ่งหน้า

สำนวน to be pissed off = หงุดหงิด รำคาญ

็Happiness

Instant happiness comes when we let go of trying to control everything.
The world is what it is.
It is not what we want it to be.
The only thing that we can truly control is our own attitude and reactions.
Once we accept that, we can find happiness right where we are.

= ฉันอยากจะหาอะไรมาใส่กระดาษพวกนี้ทั้งหมด แฟ้มจะช่วยได้

= การปวดใจเป็นสัจธรรมของชีวิตยามที่เราคาดหวังอะไรมากเกินไป

Trust

Whenever you are afraid or anxious, it means you turn your back on love and choose to have faith in the ego.
