Encouragement

Encouragement can be found from those around you, but the strength must be sought within.
“กำลังใจ” เราหาได้จากคนรอบข้าง
แต่ “ความเข้มแข็ง” เราต้องสร้างมันขึ้นมาเอง

Strong and Happy Guys

The strong guys are those who can smile at suffering.
The happy guys are those who can laugh at obstacles.
ผู้ที่แข็งแกร่งคือ ผู้ที่ยิ้มให้กับความทุกข์
ผู้ที่มีความสุขคือผู้ที่หัวเราะให้กับอุปสรรคได้

Mind

Love doesn’t bring about happiness.
Suffering doesn’t bring about sadness.
Being alone doesn’t bring about loneliness.
It happens the way it is, but our mind creates those feelings.
ความรักไม่ได้สร้างความสุข...
ความทุกข์ไม่ได้สร้างความเศร้า
ความเดียวดายไม่ได้สร้างความเหงา
ทุกสิ่งที่เกิดล้วนแต่เป็นใจเราสร้างมันขึ้นมาเอง

Enlightenment

When you lost the ego that is the time when you find enlightenment.
เมื่อใดที่เราไม่มีตัวตน นั่นคือเวลาที่เราพบความสว่างในใจ (พุทธ)

คนชอบฟังแต่เสียงของตัวเอง นั่นคือสาเหตุที่ทำให้พวกเขาไม่ได้เรียนรู้อะไร

It will confine us from seeing all the things that we have.
