Meditation

One of the reasons spiritual leaders recommend meditation is it helps bring back a peace of mind. The peace of mind is the source of wisdom. 
When the mind is at peace, it has power: the power to fight the chaos in life.

Mind

The mind itself knows nothing.

All the emotions occupy the mind unknowingly.

No Meaning

Trust

Attitude

มีก็เพียงแสงสว่างเท่านั้นที่จะทำให้ความมืดหมดไป

Human

We all make mistakes in life and that doesn’t mean we have to suffer the whole life.
Sometimes good people make bad choices, but that doesn’t mean they are bad, but they are humans like us.
ในชีวิต ทุกคนล้วนทำสิ่งผิดพลาด
แต่นั่นไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะต้องชดใช้ไปตลอดชีวิต
บางครั้ง คนดีก็เลือกทำสิ่งไม่ดี แต่นั่นก็ไม่ได้หมายความว่าเขาเป็นคนเลว แต่หมายถึง เขาก็เป็นปุถุชนคนหนึ่ง

Time

Encouragement

Encouragement can be found from those around you, but the strength must be sought within.
“กำลังใจ” เราหาได้จากคนรอบข้าง
แต่ “ความเข้มแข็ง” เราต้องสร้างมันขึ้นมาเอง

Strong and Happy Guys

The strong guys are those who can smile at suffering.
The happy guys are those who can laugh at obstacles.
ผู้ที่แข็งแกร่งคือ ผู้ที่ยิ้มให้กับความทุกข์
ผู้ที่มีความสุขคือผู้ที่หัวเราะให้กับอุปสรรคได้

Mind

Love doesn’t bring about happiness.
Suffering doesn’t bring about sadness.
Being alone doesn’t bring about loneliness.
It happens the way it is, but our mind creates those feelings.
ความรักไม่ได้สร้างความสุข...
ความทุกข์ไม่ได้สร้างความเศร้า
ความเดียวดายไม่ได้สร้างความเหงา
ทุกสิ่งที่เกิดล้วนแต่เป็นใจเราสร้างมันขึ้นมาเอง

Enlightenment

When you lost the ego that is the time when you find enlightenment.
