Meditation

One of the reasons spiritual leaders recommend meditation is it helps bring back a peace of mind. The peace of mind is the source of wisdom. 
When the mind is at peace, it has power: the power to fight the chaos in life.

Mind

The mind itself knows nothing.
We feel sad or happy , lonely or joyful , bored or excited because of the emotions stirred by desire. Desire also generates thoughts.
Whenever desire fails to meet its goal, it creates bad emotions: upset, irritated or angry.
All the emotions occupy the mind unknowingly.

Life is a journey

Life is a journey, not a destination.

The best things that are good for life are free.
